On June 21st, Sapporo Consadole officially announced the signing of Gamba Oosaki from Al-Ahli Club.
Oosaki, aged 32, plays as a defender. He has previously played for North Carolina, Yokohama FC, Tokushima Vortis, and Vissel Kobe. In January 2024, he joined Al-Ahli but only made one appearance for the team.
Sapporo Consadole currently sits at the bottom of the league table with two wins, five draws, and eleven losses, accumulating 11 points. The addition of Oosaki is aimed at bolstering their defensive strength.
